Andrew here, the founder of Cost Seg EZ. I worked at KPMG for over a decade where I did cost segregation studies on every situation you can imagine - properties ranging from single-family homes to billion-dollar high-rise office towers - in all 50 states and in 6 countries. Honestly, I love cost segregation.

I ultimately helped run the KPMG cost segregation practice, but over time I became frustrated with the lack of innovation in the industry. Traditional firms are stuck in outdated processes and aren't working to make cost segregation accessible to property owners of all sizes.

That's why I founded Cost Seg EZ - to revolutionize how cost segregation studies are delivered and make this powerful tax strategy available to everyone. We are a small but mighty team that serves property owners nationwide.
