MVO is led by expert engineers who review every report. Most other firms simply cannot offer this level of attention. We can because we are a boutique firm.

We created Do-It-Yourself (DIY) studies, under the brand Cost Seg EZ, because we wanted to democratize access to cost segregation studies. DIY studies can be lower cost because they are for simpler situations and properties.

Engineer Reviewed studies sit in the middle. They are best when you don't have enough time to do a full study, or want our experienced engineering team to ensure your study is maximizing benefits and accuracy.
